In order to improve the brand of Dongjiang fish, the group placed 16.30million yuan on installing a cooked food processing automatic production line for Dongjiang fish, which reached the automatic production of 22 procedures as fish selection, washing, dehydration, frying, rolling, packing, high temperature sterilization, and etc. It also signed the contracts with more than 2000 fish growers to ensure the quality and safety of the raw materials and whole manufacturing process of Dongjiang fish. Now, the annual production capacity of Dongjiang fish is more than 1800tons, accounting for 120million yuan output value.
